This miniature sound-visual piece belongs to the series “Lines and Loops” and forms part of the spatial set Pequeño Concierto [Hörkabinett]. It sometimes functions as a musical instrument—one that can be played to evoke imagined worlds of earth and sky through abstract configurations.
This work recalls the constellation South—the one that once gave its name to the golden loops of musical tunes emerging from Latin American natural landscapes.
