2026 Paintarly flat sculpture;
Laminated wood, casted acrylic painting debris, glass
Dimensions: H 4 × W 21 × D 30 cm
This sculpture form part of the experimental pieces approaching “Earth Plasticity”. A broader practice at the intersection of nature and the artefactual, they are both naturally embodied and materially mediated—crafted from organic and industrial materials, navigating the boundaries of recycling, consumption, plasticity, and human intervention in times of climate urgency.
As with the micro acrylic pieces of Hidrolitos de Fuego, these larger forms amplify the symbolic, abstract presence of the Amancay flower—its scent, essence, and colors—imbuing the works with a deep bond to nature, emotional resonance, and a poetic inheritance rooted in Patagonia.
The sound composition, available in full via [music link], interweaves natural sounds—falling droplets, frozen crystals, the breath of ice—with glowing, ember-like textures. Voices and strings create an emotional fabric shaped by passion, memory, and ritual tradition. Between ice and fire, stillness and movement, traces of life and history surface, carrying both intensity and hope.
